We may receive contact details and information voluntarily provided through email, forms, partnership enquiries, donation channels or support requests.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess partnership opportunities, administer contributions, manage support requests, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the Foundation.

Payment providers

Online contributions may be processed by PayPal or Stripe. Those providers collect and process payment and contact information under their own privacy notices. This website does not receive or store full payment-card details, although the Foundation may receive transaction records and donor contact information needed for administration, compliance and receipts.

Legal basis and retention

Personal information is processed where necessary to respond to a request, perform an agreed activity, meet a legal obligation, protect legitimate institutional interests or act with the individual’s consent. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes and applicable record-keeping duties.
